Kumasi: Mentally challenged man vandalises three vehicles

A mentally challenged man went on the rampage earlier Wednesday destroying the windscreens of three parked vehicles in Adum, Kumasi.
The three vehicles were parked along the main Adum road near the Kumasi High Court and the Ashanti Regional Police Headquarters area.
The man (pictured below) reportedly used cement blocks to vandalise the front windscreen of a Ford Escape, a Toyota Camry as well as the back windscreen of a Toyota Corolla vehicles.
